Who are the best types of people in the world? The ones who listen to good music, of course. Here are the results from myself and a few friends when asked what their Top 5 albums of all time were.
Anyone who falls under the category of “music aficionado” or shares a similar affinity understands how challenging this list can be to narrow down. We gave it our best shot.

I like that we have some diversity here

Night Ripper does not belong in a top 5 of all time list. Sorry. Is it a great album? Yeah. Is it in my car? Yeah. Do I play it regularly before i get my drink on? Yeah. But to put Greg Gillis and his iBook above any Zeppelin, The Who, or any other all-time great is borderline blasphemous.

Oh, and Dan…get on the ball with the news man! Radiohead dropping a new album in 9 days. FREE! Revolutionary. OK, maybe not, cus Prince did it a few months back. But I feel like this may have greater impact on the industry.

Good site though. Perhaps I’ll post more often.

Hey Jason, ease up on the hate. This isn’t Rolling Stone or Pitchfork so I didn’t want to follow the formula. I’ve listened straight through Night Ripper more times than I can count and it’s a phenomenal piece of art–even if it’s nothing more than pieces of other artists’ work.

    Don’t be a music snob!
